This holding deposit provides you with ten days (from the point Gloucester receives the £500) in which you can; arrange to view the vehicle(s)/equipment, gather any further information you require from Gloucester regarding the vehicle(s), equipment or shipping/export/import process, and/or select any additional equipment or extras you would like to add to your order. This £500 holding deposit will be deducted from the cost of the vehicle if you proceed with the purchase. The deposit will be refunded if Gloucester is unable to complete the order or the vehicle is found to be faulty or inaccurately described.

At any point within the ten day holding period you are entitled to transfer your deposit to another vehicle. You may do this a maximum of three times but the ten day period may not be extended.

At (or prior to) the end of the ten day holding period you are required to finalise the details of your order and pay a 20% of total order value down payment on standard vehicles and a 50% of total order value down payment on modified vehicles.

Once your down payment has been paid your order is ‘locked’ and Gloucester will begin allocating resource in order to prepare the vehicle to the agreed specification. You will be unable to change or amend your order after the down payment has been paid.

If, before the end of the 10 day holding deposit period you have not paid the down payment your £500 holding deposit will be forfeited and your order will be cancelled.

This warranty is only valid for mechanical and electrical failure in the United Kingdom.

Under the terms of the Gloucester warranty, Gloucester is entitled to choose whether to repair or replace a component covered by the warranty. Items that are covered under the Gloucester warranty are listed in the warranty booklet (viewable on request prior to purchase) or on the PDF warranty document which is available to view at

The period for which this warranty is valid is from the date of purchase for the period/mileage (whichever is sooner) as stipulated on the ‘Warranty Record’ and is equivalent to 3 months or 3000 miles of usage since point of purchase.

To maintain the validity of the Gloucester warranty the vehicle must be maintained and serviced as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer or to an alternative service content authorised by Gloucester and evidenced by completion and stamping of the Servicing Record in the back of the warranty booklet.
